I've enjoyed flipping through your KatieFit blog today.<br /><br />I need to get my measurements from when I first joined the gym. I KNOW I'm loosing inches. Clothes fit WAY differently and I'm much less lumpy and bumpy in places.<br /><br />My schedule is a little wonky this week, but I'll be able to throw it a cardio and weight curve ball on Friday. You are doing a great job and it's good that you aren't focusing only on weight loss! <br /><br />As for your 'plateau,' it's totally normal and expected to hit a spot for a while where you don't see the numbers on the scale going down. And your guess of muscle gain is correct! Muscle weighs more than fat and when you hit the spot where you are gaining muscle and losing fat your weight will'plateau'...look more to the numbers on your measuring tapefor the true story. :)<br /><br />If you hit a plateau of more than just scale numbers, try adding some different exercises a couple times a week...like weight training or a different kinds of cardio!Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03858551344258480825noreply@blogger.com
